The 300-year-old Wurzerhof farmstead is a living piece of the past in the present. The water-driven mill, craft workshop and forge in the cellar, washing parlour and curing shed, court chapel and sawmill with gang saw were laid out with the support of the Villgrater Heimatpflegeverein, and offer an insight into how people have lived and worked over the last few centuries. The farm as well as the history and modern running are explained during guided tours.
